Individual Coaching
Includes a weekly 30-45 minute coaching session, weigh-in, and unlimited e-mails. Coaching sessions can be purchased in advance for 1, 2 or 3 month increments. Coaching sessions can me done in person or via telephone.

Additional coaching sessions may be scheduled weeklyCheck out some of the other services to help make your weight loss journey fun and unique.

Group Coaching
Includes a weekly 45-60 minute coaching session, weigh in, and unlimited e-mail support.  Coaching sessions are conducted in person or via phone (Tele-Class).  A minimum of 8 weeks must be purchased.
Coaching series of 10 and 12 weeks are also available.

Weight Loss Challenge
This weekly weight loss competition includes a 45 minute coaching session, the Coach Approach SMART plan(TM) and Victory Journal, weigh-in and unlimited e-mail support. Groups are divided into 2 teams, challenges are given and prizes are awarded weekly. A grand prize is awarded at the end of the 8-10 week program. It is fun and supportive with some friendly competition thrown in. Sharing your weight loss successes and challenges with others will help keep you focused and motivated. With the Weight Loss Challenge there is more to weight loss than just the scale.
Coaching sessions for the Weight Loss Challenge are available in person only.

Workshops
Laugh, learn and share your weight loss experiences and stories with others.  Inspiration, knowledge and laughter abound in Always Your Weigh workshops.  If you enjoy exchanging weight loss strategies, challenges and victories, you will love being part of these workshops.
Workshops  are fun, interactive, educational and motivating.  They will help you get, and stay on track with your weight loss.  They will be lead by Coach Lori Grant and focus on a specific topic.
Workshops are conducted in-person and/or via telephone (Tele-Class).

Pantry Raid
I’ll come to your home and together we will raid your pantry and refrigerator.  You will learn how to make your home safe, fun and supportive for weight loss.

Cooking Fun and Lean
Lets make cooking lean fun!  We’ll cook together (invite your friends) at your home to make great tasting healthy meals and appetizers, quickly and easily.
All participants will receive the recipes and nutritional information for the meal.

Success your Weigh
After achieving your goal weight, we get together monthly to share your successes, create new strategies, and weigh-in.  Keeping you motivated and focused on keeping your new and healthy lifestyle.
