Create a group yourself; friends, family, co-workers, share the fun and enjoy a positive weight loss journey.
A minimum of 8 weeks must be purchased. Group coaching sessions of 8-12 weeks are available.

When we work together you will get my personal and professional experience as well as the insights and support of the other group members.
Everyone will fill out a discovery form that helps me to help you, you will also fill out a food assessment (likes/dislikes) to help you create meal and snack ideas that you will really enjoy.
Group sessions will occur at your home, work, or over the phone (reducing stress and making weight loss even easier for you). We create a schedule that works for all of us. Our sessions will last 45-60 minutes each week and will include a weekly weigh-in.
You will all receive a 12 week My Victories Journal, which will help you learn your habits and begin to make changes to them.
You will have access to me through email all the time, so when you need someone aside from group members I’ll be here.
We will create meal plans based on your lifestyle and dietary needs.
We will create the best plan for you, by getting to know what helps you focus on healthy choices.
I work with you, challenge you, and still keep you inspired and motivated.
If you have any medical issues I will work with your doctor(s) to help you make sure that your food plan supports your other health challenges.
Weight Loss Challenge
This weekly weight loss competition includes a 45 minute coaching session, My Victories Journal, weigh-in and unlimited e-mail support. Groups are divided into 2 teams, challenges are given and prizes are awarded weekly. A grand prize is awarded at the end of the 8-10 week program. It is fun and supportive with some friendly competition thrown in. Sharing your weight loss successes and challenges with others will help keep you focused and motivated. With the Weight Loss Challenge there is more to weight loss than just the scale.
Coaching sessions for the Weight Loss Challenge are available in person only.
Laugh, learn and share your weight loss experiences and stories with others. Inspiration, knowledge and laughter abound in Always Your Weigh workshops. If you enjoy exchanging weight loss strategies, challenges and victories, you will love being part of these workshops. Workshops are fun, interactive, educational and motivating. They will help you get, and stay on track with your weight loss. They will be lead by Coach Lori Grant and focus on a specific topic.
Workshops are conducted in-person and/or via telephone (Tele-Class).
